Yes! We’re confident that we can match you with your dream candidate - someone who has the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience to fill the position - who will also fit with the culture and values of your organization.
How confident are we?
We give you 90 days (from your new employee’s first day of work) before you pay us a penny. During this trial period, you’ll work with the employee and determine if you’re satisfied with our match.
When you pay our invoice, you’ll already know
you’ve made a wise investment in your business.
If the candidate quits without cause (or is fired with cause) in the first 6 months, we’ll find you a replacement at no additional charge.
