For us, the client (ahem, that would be you) is always first. To support you in recruiting your best-matched candidates, we first need to understand how you will determine the right fit. During the discovery call , our team of professionals listens to you. We help you find clarity and develop metrics that set the stage for hiring success.

Once we’re clear on your goals and metrics, the recruiting process is underway.
Our goal: find candidates with outstanding qualifications, relevant experience, values that fit your organizational culture, and who are ready to join your winning team.
When an all-star candidate crosses our path, but we don’t have the right position for him or her yet, we add that person to our talent database. We look in our Talent Network first because these candidates have been fully vetted in our thorough interview process.
Next stop, we seek out potential candidates whose resumes and qualifications catch our eyes. We might find them on LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or another job search engine. We would never copy and paste a list of names to pass along to you!

Onboarding For Employment Success
Crayola Resource Solutions makes the onboarding process seamless for everyone involved. We verify the candidate’s credentials, run background checks, and coordinate with the candidate to get the entire onboarding process done properly so they’re ready to get to work.
Your Recruiting Satisfaction Guarantee
We give you 90 days (from your new employee’s first day of work) before you pay us a penny. During this trial period, you’ll work with the employee and determine if you’re satisfied with our match.
If the candidate quits without cause (or is fired with cause) in the first 6 months, we’ll find you a replacement candidate at no additional charge.
